The Center on Instruction provided an interactive webinar on July 28, 2010, to introduce the newly released Instructional Models and Strategies for Teaching English Language Learners. Dr. Mabel Rivera, Deputy Director of COI's ELL Strand, and Dr. Ani Moughamian, both authors of the guide, presented information from the document.
